Learning aerial hoop, silks and trapeze is a great way to get fit, improve strength and meet new friends.

Try not to feel worried we’re great and will make you feel very welcome.

All classes are on a progressive lesson plan, ensuring that you strength is built up from beginner to advanced. The skills on the silks do need some degree of strength and fitness to begin with so is not recommended if you are not already exercising.
